This review is based on a take-out order. But this is not what customers are expecting when they place a to go order. My wife and I had a long weekend trip planned but hadn't really mapped out a steakhouse we wanted to try.
We ordered $2 draft beers and B1G1 sushi rolls. Made from scratch and made to order, most of our dishes can be customized to be gluten free, vegetarian or vegan. Sure I'm always ready for food. (And most of their food reheats well so no big deal if it shows up a little cold)First trip here and I'm very happy with it. We have slightly modified hours: We look forward to seeing you!I love everything about this place! The staff were hustling! I felt like that was too long. This is for the loaded fried rice with chicken and level 2 heat.. simply put delicious. Not sure if they don't have many places to eat in this town because our host took us to the same restaurant on our last visit a few years ago.

We make everything from scratch making it vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, spicy or not spicy upon request. I love Thai food and years ago we ate here a lot however, in the past year I feel the food quality has gone downhill a lot.

Most everything is made from scratch and made to order making each dish customizable to each individual customer. Both of our stomachs immediately starting aching after eating - I cant say it was because of the food or not but it was instant.Great place for lunch. BUT, we got takeout last night and they have added egg rolls with mango sauce to the menu and they were amazing, and you get a big portion. We also ordered a plate of fried rice to share. Friendly service, the rice had black beans, onion, carrots, peas, edamame and chicken in it. To say I love it would be a disgrace to my affection for this food. The last time I ordered my usual two entrees and an order of naan. I finally decided to try it and wow!! So good! The food... oh... let's talk about the food!

Thankfully, Simply Thai has both! The last time I ordered my usual two entrees and an order of naan. We ordered the wasabi dumplings, cream cheese roll with fresh salmon and the pad thai. It is so good I have a hard time trying something new. The service when I came on two different occasion was not that great at all. They have happy hour drink specials as well.Oh my goodness! WTFSometimes I just crave this place and nothing else will do. I'm sorry but what's the point in ordering takeout if I can't grab it and go. We had the curry puffs with chicken and spring rolls (veggie) to start. I had the Pad Thai and a Ginger Cosmo. Kudos to the chef crew at the Middletown restaurant because the food was FLAME! Will definitely be coming here againI want to give this place 4 stars, but their food is so inconsistent! What safety measures are they taking? This Thai food is insanely amazing!! We also had mild (level 0) pad thai and chicken fried rice. Dry rice is the worst and this is not the case with them. He blamed it on being understaffed, as if that's the customer's problem.
